Sarah Biddle
President
Sarah is cofounder and president of Objective Standard Institute and general manager of The Objective Standard. In an earlier career, she taught literature, language arts, history, and math at VanDamme Academy and LePort Schools in Southern California. She holds a BA in history from Mary Baldwin College. In addition to her work at OSI and TOS, Sarah reads voraciously, gardens with a (mostly) green thumb, and loves ballroom, salsa, and country western dancing.
Craig Biddle
Executive Director
Craig is cofounder and executive director of Objective Standard Institute, cofounder and editor in chief of The Objective Standard, and executive director of Prometheus Foundation. His books include Loving Life: The Morality of Self-Interest and the Facts that Support It; Rational Egoism: The Morality for Human Flourishing; and the forthcoming Forbidden Facts: Moral Truths Your Parents, Preachers, and Teachers Don’t Want You to Know. Angelica Walker-Werth
Fellow, Programs Manager
Angelica Walker-Werth is a fellow and programs manager at Objective Standard Institute, an associate editor and writer for The Objective Standard, and an Ayn Rand Fellow at the Foundation for Economic Education. Her roles at OSI include managing the junior fellowship and Intellectual Accelerator Programs, developing and administering courses, and mentoring. She is a voracious reader of fiction in her spare time and writes about philosophic ideas in fiction on Substack and makes videos about those things on YouTube.
Thomas Walker-Werth

Thomas Walker-Werth is associate editor at The Objective Standard, and a fellow at both Objective Standard Institute and Foundation for Economic Education. Kiyah Willis
Fellow
Kiyah Willis is a fellow at Objective Standard Institute focusing on cultural trends and their causes and consequences. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Kiyah worked as a data analyst before transitioning to philosophy. Her hobbies include hiking, playing with her boxer, Apollo, and writing for her Substack. You can find her advocating reason, individualism, and liberty on X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok (@KiyahWillis).
Maddox Locher
Manager and Editor of OSG and TFT
Maddox manages OSI’s digest On Solid Ground and newsletter The Future Today. He also writes a Substack sharing his journey deconstructing his belief in Evangelical Christianity. He is a Foundation for Economic Education fellow and won the “Praxian of the Year” award from college-alternative Discover Praxis for his community contributions.
Justyna Piątek-Pawłowska
Marketing Manager
Justyna is an American Studies graduate and the marketing manager at Objective Standard Institute. With more than five years of experience in project and social media management, she has worked with various organizations, from the Ladies of Liberty Alliance to TEDx. In her spare time, she loves singing, trains in karate, and is a shameless cat lady.
Jackson Upmann
Video Editor and Copywriter
Jackson (@JacksonUpmann) is a copywriter and video editor at Objective Standard Institute. His responsibilities include creating course descriptions, sales emails, and editing videos. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, weightlifting, and being out in nature.
Dylan Fritts
Video Editing Specialist
Dylan is a design and media specialist at Objective Standard Institute. His work includes producing digital media and branding for OSI’s social platforms and outreach campaigns. While he’s not on the job, he enjoys sports writing and making mead.

Mariusz is a marketing and social media specialist at Objective Standard Institute. He is in charge of marketing strategy and works on strategy and the effectiveness of social media.

Laura is a business and management graduate from the University of Westminster who turned her love for color-coded spreadsheets into a job organizing events and courses. When she’s not catching flights, she’s busy taking pictures or battling sudoku puzzles.
Juan Navarro
Operations Manager
Juan is the operations manager at Objective Standard Institute, where he coordinates and integrates the organization’s people and programs for maximum effectiveness in achieving OSI’s mission. Prior to joining OSI, he held various operations roles at Apple, FedEx, and US Foods. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with his wife, their dog, and two cats.
